Established in 2003, KNG is an independent fixed income specialist, dealing in a wide range of products across fixed income, convertible bonds and debt capital markets.

The KNG team is comprised of a group of market professionals with a variety of relevant investment banking experiences and international backgrounds : our intellectual capital is deployed to simplify complex situations and to provide the appropriate access to the financial markets for our clients.

We have an established European presence with offices in London and Lisbon and our activity extends to North America and Asia.

We are market leaders in secondary trading of illiquid assets where we are particularly successful at executing large tickets in both bonds and loans. KNG is market maker in Financials and Convertible Bonds.

Our Solutions business is an element of distinction of our activity : over the years we have arranged and executed numerous debt issuances for SME corporate borrowers (both public and private) across Europe, North America and Asia. KNG is also a leading arranger in the securitisation of trade claims and receivables originating from good and services sold to Italian Public Authorities.
