Fiorenza Marin

Based in the Lisbon office, Fiorenza joined KNG in August 2025. Prior to joining the Group, she gained extensive experience at international law firms and Italian boutiques specialising in financial law, most recently at DLA Piper Italy, where she worked initially in the Rome office and later in Milan. At DLA Piper, Fiorenza advised Italian and international financial institutions, corporate clients, and private investors on a wide range of matters, including the issuance of various securities—such as bonds, covered bonds, structured notes, and securitized derivatives—as well as capital markets transactions and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on structured finance and debt instruments.

 

Fiorenza is an Italian-qualified lawyer, admitted to the Bar of Rome. She earned her Law degree cum laude from LUISS University in Rome, where she also completed a postgraduate Master’s in “Regulation of Financial Activity and Markets.”

 

She has further deepened her expertise in fixed income and financial regulation through specialised executive programmes in London, including courses at the London School of Economics (LSE) and ICMA.
